ZOVO Trek was founded to trasform the US insurance industry with cost effective outsourcing solutions comprising end to end BPO services & off shore staffing services for direct management, including customer service, policy management, claim processing and enrollment. Recognizing Pakistan as a low cost employment hub, we aim to help US insurers and brokers significantly reduce expenses without compromising quality.

Since 2020, we've leveraged our insurtech expertise, guided by our CEO's 24 year of experince in pakistan and the US. Inspired by his time with a US insurance industry, he saw the need for affordable, efficient solutions to support brokers and insurers. ZOVO Trek bridges this gap, delivering value-driven services to empower the insurance industry.
